All travelers over the age of 5 are required to be tested for COVID-19 from one of the trusted partners no earlier than 72 hours before flight departure times. Go to https://hawaiicovid19.com/travel/ for more details. Once negative results are received, upload them to the Safe Travels account. Upon arrival, get the 2nd test provided by the County of Hawaii to travelers. As long as this test is negative, travelers will be able to rent a car and stay anywhere without having to quarantine.
